Stock Trading University — a software product for their students, plus the command center that runs the operation.

We found the back-end leaks in a trading education business and built the software to plug them. A gated student portal with a coach checkpoint at every step to kill refunds at the source, and a real-time command center pulling live CRM, ad, and reporting data into one source of truth. The business averages around half a million dollars a month with a lean closing team running the sales floor.
